Green Terror Rolls Past Thomas

Babson Park, Mass. – The Thomas College Men's Lacrosse team (0-3, 0-0 NAC)  faced off against the Green Terror of McDaniel College (3-3) yesterday in a non-conference match up on the campus of Babson College. The Green Terror came out running on all pistons as they rolled pass the Terriers 22-1.

McDaniel was led by DJ Rickels' four goal performance, but the real story for the Green Terror was their play at the face off X; as they went 25-for-26 against the Terriers. Matt Dean led McDaniel's face off men with at perfect 16-for-16.

The Terriers were unable to get much offensive momentum but the ever improving Terriers notched their first extra man goal of the season when Jordan Marino found Jeffrey Morse in the second quarter for the Terriers lone goal on the afternoon.

Sophomore goal keeper Jesse Morkeski made 13 saves against 45 shots.

The Terriers will travel to Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. where they will meet up with Cazenovia College (0-2) for a neutral site match up at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday March 19th. The Terriers will then be right back to work against Mt. St. Vincent (0-2) in Bronx, N.Y. on Sunday March 20th.
